Use singular changelog/bundle S3 key prefixes in docs#179

Match the docs-builder change that uploads changelog/bundle artifacts
under {product}/changelog/ and {product}/bundle/ instead of the plural
prefixes.

Why
The changelog/bundle S3 key prefixes are switching from plural to singular to match the singular entity naming in docs-builder. These READMEs documented the old plural layout.
What
Updates the changelog upload READMEs to reference
{product}/changelog/{filename}and{product}/bundle/{filename}. Doc-only — the actions themselves delegate S3 key construction to docs-builder and are unaffected.Companion to elastic/docs-builder#3434 (the functional change).
